Private Event & Meeting Spaces

Adjacent to Urbana, in the luxury Hotel Palomar Washington DC, are 11 elegant meeting spaces perfect for everything from business meetings to wedding receptions with a total of over 10,000 square feet:

• Two large meeting rooms, each accommodating up to 220 guests for a reception or 150 seated guests
• Two flexible meeting rooms, accommodating up to 150 guests for a reception or 60 seated guests (both meeting rooms can be separated into three separate spaces)
• Three beautifully appointed smaller boardroom-style rooms, each accommodating about 40 guests for a reception or 25 seated guests

In addition to the Hotel Palomar's venues, you'll also find:

• Urbana has a range of private dining spaces that can seat up to 26 guests privately and up to 40 guests in a semi-private area. Our 12-seat private dining room features wall to wall velvet curtains complement two frosted glass walls while two sliding glass doors open for a view into the restaurant's dining room or close for complete privacy.
• Our restaurant itself, available for private parties, seating up to 110 guests
