Brunch just got a lot more fun! In addition to Chef Ethan’s new brunch menu, we’ll now be serving $2 bellinis on Saturdays and Sundays with the purchase of a brunch entrée. In addition to our famous bellinis, traditional mimosas and other seasonal fruit purees will be available for $2 as well. We can’t wait to see you here at Urbana soon!

Come try our new brunch offerings from Chef Ethan McKee, including Italian bomboloni doughnuts, brioche buns with spice fig jam and marscapone glaze, or eggs basque with spicy lamb merguez, piquillo selection of seven $6 craft bloody marys ranging from simple and classic to the "bloody bull" with horseradish, celery salt, chorizo strip and mushroom.
Learn to Make Pasta with Chef Ethan!
See why house-made pasta is a personal passion for Chef Ethan McKee as he demonstrates techniques for three distinct types of pasta, including wide pappardelle noodles, beautifully stuffed pillows of agnolotti, and meal-ready open ravioli. Guests will take turns rolling and shaping pastas while learning how everyday kitchen tools can be used to fashion fresh, fast-cooking pastas. The class is on November 9th at 2 pm and will cost $45, inclusive of tax and tip, as well as snacks, take-home samples and recipe cards.
